About David Pantell

David is originally from Reno Nevada and came to Austin in the summer of 2021 to dive into the Austin Real Estate Market. In Northern Nevada, David invested and partnered with investors to establish a Home building company called Claremont homes. David has directed projects working with cross functional teams as a project manager. David has worked with Real Estate teams, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, investors, and financial institutions in order to deliver a marketable product. 

David worked with groups as a strategic advisor to help navigate and understand the Northern Nevada market which eventually led him to continue those relationships in the Central Texas area. 

If David isn’t working in the office you’ll find him running by Lady bird lake, investing in tesla stock or Real Estate, hitting golf balls, playing pickleball, playing tennis, spending time with his family, or traveling around the world. David has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and simultaneously played Division 1 tennis at the University of Nevada Reno. David has two primary languages, English and Spanish.

David has both knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Industry to help Clients to accomplish their goals.
